By default, FileFlex is mapped to Q drive in your windows explorer. This setting could be changed during the installation.  

This mapping can also be changed from Settings as shown below. This can be accessed from the FileFlex system tray icon. 


You can access files using any of the methods below 

  • Open Windows file explorer and locate Q drive to start accessing your files. 
  • Double-click the "FileFlex" icon in your system tray to open the Q drive directly in windows explorer. 

Once the explorer is opened, you will see your content sources and shared files. 



Content sources are shown as Folders and files can be accessed by navigating them. 

Shared Content: This system folder contains shared files between the current user and other Fileflex users.
