FileFlex allows you to comment and annotate PDF files thus improving the collaboration between users.
How to add comments and annotations
Open the PDF file and click on "Insert comments"
You can use the below tools to annotate a PDF file
Click "Submit comments" to save your annotations to the file.
FileFlex provides you additional options for annotation using shapes and advanced tools like ( signature, rubber stamp, images and links ) using "insert" option shown as below
Viewing comments and annotations
Click "Comments" to view all comments and annotations in a panel.
You can also remove the same from the menu by using Edit using FieFlex enterprise options if you have permission to edit the file.
