Watermark 

While creating shares, you can choose to add a watermark to your documents. FileFlex supports applying a watermark to all documents that can be previewed with FileFlex Viewer. 

The watermark is shown when anyone with share link clicks and views it within FileFlex.

Note: The watermark is not applied to the original document and is only shown when previewed in FileFlex.   

Currently, this feature is supported for MS Office, PDFs, CAD, DICOM and PSD file formats.    

The button "Add/Edit" is enabled when the shared files are supported for the watermark. 

For a share of multiple files, if any of the items is not supported,  then the watermark is not enabled for all files selected in the share.
