In case you encounter any issues while using Fileflex, please take the below steps to send your issues to the FileFlex Support team. 

Right-click the FileFlex Systray icon and click Feedback. 

This will open the below dialog where you can provide issue detail and you can also attach screen snapshot to provide additional details. 

This will also collect server logs ( if the user chooses to include) which generally provide additional details to be worked upon.
