Once the FileFlex Windows Integrated client is installed,  as a user you need to provide a service provider where your account has been created. 

This information is provided as part of the account creation process. Once your company administrator creates your account, you should receive an email which contains the server path. 

To access sign-in, follow the steps shown below :

• Locate the FileFlex icon in your system tray.

• Right-Click and select "Sign-in" 

• You would see below screen 

A service provider is a URL that needs to be entered in above step. 

• Once the service provider is entered, the user is prompted for FileFlex credentials or you can use single-sign-on if your administrator has enabled it.  

• Once you enter the correct credentials, you can start using FileFlex.
