it is recommended to always upgrade the FileFlex windows integrated client to the latest version. This will ensure you receive all the latest fixes and new features to it.
Right-clicking on the System tray icon shows if any upgrade is available.
An inactive state means you are on the latest version applicable to your system and you are all good.
Once a new version is released, this command will be enabled and clicking that will start the upgrade process.
