グローバルアプリケーションサイドバー (FileFlex ロゴがある左側のサイドバー) を使用すると、「ファイル」、「アクティビティ」、「連絡先」や「プログレスマネージャー」を切り替えたり、スマートフォンやタブレットの写真や動画を自動的に同期したり、設定を調整したりできます。 FileFlex の言語を変更する場合は、[設定] で行います。写真の同期機能は、同期されている携帯電話またはタブレットからのみ有効にできます。このサイドバーからヘルプガイドにアクセスすることもできます。サイドバーは、左上のアイコンを使用して縮小および展開できます。

En la barra lateral de aplicación global (la barra lateral izquierda con el logotipo de FileFlex) puede cambiar entre "Archivos", "Actividad", "Contactos" y "Gestión de progreso" además de sincronizar automáticamente las fotografías y vídeos de sus teléfonos inteligentes y tabletas y configurar las opciones. Si desea cambiar el idioma de FileFlex, puede hacerlo en Configuración. La función Sincronizar fotografías únicamente puede habilitarse desde el teléfono o tableta que se está sincronizando. En la barra lateral también puede acceder a la Guía de ayuda. Mediante el icono en la esquina superior izquierda puede contraer y expandir la barra lateral.

La barre latérale d'application globale (la barre latérale gauche qui contient le logo FileFlex) vous permet de basculer entre Fichiers, Activité, Contacts et Gestionnaire de progression en plus de synchroniser automatiquement les photos et vidéos de vos smartphones et tablettes et d'ajuster vos paramètres. Si vous souhaitez changer la langue de FileFlex, vous pouvez le faire dans Paramètres. La fonction Synchronisation de photos ne peut être activée qu'à partir du téléphone ou de la tablette en cours de synchronisation. Vous pouvez également accéder au Guide d'aide à partir de cette barre latérale. La barre latérale peut être contractée et développée via l'icône en haut à gauche.
