To access settings, click Settings in the left sidebar.

In Settings, you can change the language of FileFlex.

In Settings, you have the option to show or hide the start-up wizard, progress manager, or help balloons. You can also reset the help balloons so that they show up again when going through FileFlex. Simply check or uncheck the box next to the features you want to enable or disable. You can also delete your account here.

By selecting the Security tab, you can enable two-factor authentication if needed. Two-factor authentication adds extra layer of security and protects your account.     

Each time you want to view/edit the Two-factor Authentication" settings, you are prompted for a password and you need to provide your FileFlex password here. 

FileFlex support two methods for Two Factor Authentication 

1. Authenticator App: You can use any authenticator based on a time-based token. e.g.  Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy & Duo..
2. U2F keys: All U2F keys based on FIDO 2.0 are supported by FilFlex for two-factor authentication. 

設定にアクセスするには、左側のバーの [設定] をクリックします。

[設定] で、FileFlex の言語を変更できます。

[設定] では、スタートアップウィザード、進行状況マネージャー、またはヘルプバルーンを表示または非表示にすることができます。また、ヘルプバルーンをリセットして、FileFlex で作業するときに再び表示されるようにすることもできます。有効または無効にしたい機能の横にあるチェックボックスをオンまたはオフにします。ここでアカウントを削除することもできます。

[セキュリティ] タブを選択すると、必要に応じて 2 要素認証を有効にできます。2 要素認証により、FileFlex によって作成されたユーザー ID とパスワードを使用しているお客様のセキュリティを強化できます。  シングルサインオン (SSO) 方式 (「Google」でのログインなど) を使用しているユーザーの場合、ID プロバイダーのアプリケーションで 2 要素認証を設定する必要があります。  「IDP」でログインしているEnterpriseユーザーの場合、2 要素認証を有効にするには IDP プロファイルを更新する必要があります。 

「2 要素認証」設定を表示/編集するたびに、パスワードの入力を求められます。ここで FileFlex パスワードを入力する必要があります。シングルサインオンアプリケーションを使用している場合、上記の理由により、シングルサインプロバイダーのパスワードはここでは使用できません。
