When your contacts submit their edited versions of a file back to you, you (as the owner of the file) have the option to delete/remove any of these edited versions.

Note: Only the owner of the file (original contact who shared the file with other contacts) can use this feature. Other contacts, with whom the file was shared, cannot remove any of the previous/current

versions of the file. They can only view, download and/or edit the file, depending on how the file has been shared with them.

1. To do so, click the activity menu (3 dots) beside the file you have shared, and then select Revisions from the dropdown menu.

2. From here, you will now be able to see the current and all the previous versions of that file.

3. You may download and/or delete any version (current or previous) of the file.

4. To download, click on the open menu (3 dots next to a particular version) and select Download.

5. To delete, click on the open menu (3 dots next to a particular version) and select Delete.

If you wish to change the current version of the file to any of the previous versions, you will have to continue to delete the current versions from the top until the version you wanted to be current has become the current version.
