General Settings
To access settings, click Settings in the left sidebar.
In Settings, you can change the language of FileFlex.
In Settings, you have the option to show or hide the start-up wizard, progress manager, or help balloons. You can also reset the help balloons so that they show up again when going through FileFlex. Simply check or uncheck the box next to the features you want to enable or disable. You can also delete your account here.
By selecting the Security tab, you can enable two-factor authentication if needed. Two-factor authentication extra layer of security provided to customers who are using user id and password created by FileFlex. For users who are using the Singe-sign-on method ( e.g. Login with "Google"), they should configure Two-factor authentication at the Identity provider application. For enterprise users who are using Login with "IDP", they need to update their IDP profile to enable Two-factor authentication.
Each-time you want to view/edit the Two-factor Authentication" settings, you are prompted for a password and you need to provide your FileFlex password here. If you are using a single sign-on application, then the password for the single sign provider will not be accepted here for the reasons explained above.
