Assigning Specific Content Sources To a User

  1. In the Company Management tab, select a single user and click the Edit User button along the top menu bar. Alternatively, you can click directly on the user and select the menu dropdown in the top right of the dialog box, then select Edit from there.

  3. Here you can change the user’s name, change their password, or require them to reset their password the next time they log on. You can also assign them to a different department or assign them additional content sources by selecting the respective Assign buttons.
  4. When you’re finished, select OK.
