How to view files shared using FileFlex Add-in

This section provides details on how to view shared file links created using FileFlex Add-in. 

First-time user of FileFlex? 

FileFlex is a zero trust application and hence it is mandatory to authenticate yourself before accessing any files shared with FileFlex. If you have received a link created using FileFlex, then system will prompt you to provide id & password before accessing the shared items. 

If you have received a fileflex share for the very first time, then you would have received another email to your inbox using which you can create out your credentials. 

Look for system generated emails with subject "FileFlex Enterprise Share Notification".

Clicking the links inside the emails will verify your identity and create a FileFlex id and password. You can use this id/password to access any Fileflex shared item in future. 

Existing user of FileFlex

If you are an existing Fileflex user, then simply click the link ( from Outlook email ) and provide your FileFLex credentials to access the shared files.
