Enabling FileFlex for Outlook Add-in

As a user administrator, you can enable or disable end users' ability to use FileFlex for Outlook Add-in.

Below steps demonstrate how to enable Outlook Add-in for the selected company.      

Select the target company and locate the "API Keys" tab in the policy server. 

Click the context menu and select "Add Outlook key". 

You will be shown the below screen, and as directed download the credentials for future reference. 

Once the outlook API keys are added, ensure to enable the application so that end users can start using it. 

It should be as shown below in the enabled state. 

The selected company for your deployment is now ready.
